PURGATOR PLUS II

With the launch of the PURGATOR PLUS, GIMMI^® has introduced a further development in suction and irrigation technology to the market. The new unit combines the advantages of a vacuum with those of a peristaltic pump on the irrigation side. The result of this synthesis is a reliable and high-performance unit which works almost completely silent.
A special highlight is the contact-free acquisition of irrigation pressure by the roller pump automatically activated whenever the irrigation pressure in the tubing falls. This enables direct control by the irrigation instrument used, which at the same time renders a footswitch unnecessary. Most irrigation instruments with integrated trumpet valves commonly found on the market, including disposable products, are suitable. Since all common irrigation bags can be used, the user is free in selection of the irrigation liquid.

As an additional safety feature the user has the possibility to preset both suction and irrigation power and thus freely select maximum suction vacuum and/or maximum irrigation power. This may be required with small or sensitive body cavities, such as encountered in pediatrics.

PURGATOR

Along with good performance data and easy and intuitive operation, the GIMMI^® PURGATOR offers the user a special standby function to minimate the noise level in the OR. After reaching the required pressure and vacuum values, the silenced pumps are switched off electronically. The result is a pleasant silence in the OR without any limitation of the performance data.
Inexpensive special filters constantly ensure sterile conditions (for the protection of the patient) and also protect the pump against contamination. Reusable standard silicone tubing guarantees low operating costs. And of course disposable tubing sets can be used as well.

ALPHAARTHRO II

The GIMMI^® ALPHAARTHRO II arthroscopy pump has been developed especially for arthroscopy to achieve safe and lasting joint expansions.
The rinsing fluid is administered with constant pressure under controlled conditions.
It provides clear visibility due to continuous rinsing.
Pressure and speed of the arthroscopy pump are controlled from the clearly arranged keypad. If necessary, both parameters can be readjusted individually during the arthroscopic procedure. The pressure and pump speed settings are indicated on large-size displays.
Two reservoir bags attached to infusion stands supply the rinsing fluid via a suitable tube system to the arthroscopy pump which pumps it into the joints.

HYS SURGIMAT II

Our new hysteroscopy pump, HYS SURGIMAT II, is developed specifically for diagnostic and interventional hysteroscopy.

As a result of its versatile set-up possibilities, HYS SURGIMAT II meets all user needs and convinces by its easy set-up and operation.
Intelligent self-diagnose, reduced pressure at switching on and simple insertion of the tubing set (with integrated pressure sensor) result in extra patient safety!
The optionally available “Volume Difference Unit” precisely calculates any quantity of instilled liquid remaining in the patient and alarms immediately at a loss of more than 1000cc. Desired max. pressure and max. flow which are set before the procedure are automatically checked and regulated by the “VDU”.
The tubing contains an integrated pressure chamber which continuously measures system pressure non-invasively; any possible leakages are immediately recognized and optimally compensated for.

The ALPHAURO PUMP is developed specifically for diagnostic and interventional urology. As a result of its versatile set-up possibilities and safety functions, ALPHAURO PUMP meets all user needs and convinces by its easy set-up and operation.
