Digital endoscopy camera ALPHAVERSATILE II HD
The new GIMMI® ALPHAVERSATILE II HD opens up new dimensions in the world of digital endoscopy.
The high-resolution, fully digital 1/3“ camera offers, aside from 7 indication-optimized camera settings, more than 10 individually programmable user profiles. The unique and newly developed Multi-screen (MS) option enables the selection of the most innovative formats in endoscopy with highest quality.

The innovative 5:4 HD (high definition) image format provides the highest levels of surgery field visibility. Due to the high resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, the user is able to see even the smallest
tissue details with absolute clarity. Due to its enormous light sensitivity, the camera delivers a fascinating depth of colours even under adverse conditions, e.g. in case of heavy bleeding at the site of the surgery. The exclusive use of digital signals – starting in the camera head – allows interference-free amplification of the images and renders the camera immune to external influences, such as HF devices.
The easily replaceable camera-head cable and the two user-programmable head buttons, provide high quality combined with the economical efficiency typical of GIMMI®. The latest in digital echnology enables the control unit to automatically detect the connected camera head.
The user can choose between a „threeHD“ 3CCD camera head or the autoclavable „oneHD“ 1CCD camera head, making the ALPHAVERSATILE II truly „versatile“.
This tremendous array of functions, combined with a uniquely simple operation, make this camera the new premium model among GIMMI® cameras.

The digital colour video camera ALPHANOVOCAM 3CCD is characterized by its outstanding image quality in all endoscopic applications.
3CCD offers excellent resolution and, due to its highly sophisticated 3 chip technology, provides bright and clear pictures of high detail fidelity that allow visualizing even minute tissue structures.
The integrated digital image processor ensures consistent highquality images of remarkable contrast and natural colours.
The enhanced photosensitivity and continuous automatic brightness control always guarantee a continuous image quality for reliable diagnoses and precise OR procedures.
All essential functions and parameters of the ALPHANOVOCAM 3CCD can be adjusted in the ON SCREEN menu mode to meet the specific requirements of each individual surgeon. The RESET function easily returns the system to the default factory settings.
The camera head is very small and lightweight. The controls located at the camera head further enhance ergonomic and comfortable handling.
Error-free emphasis is placed on OR-relevant functions to ensure errorfree and easy camera operation.
Digital endoscopy camera ALPHANOVOCAM II
GIMMI® is proud to introduce the ALPHANOVOCAM II, a “second generation” product that is the successor to the company’s successful endoscopic camera system. The ALPHANOVOCAM II camera contains newly developed electronics with superior colour rendition and light sensitivity of only 0.9 lux. Digital signal processing is standard in all endoscopic camera systems made by GIMMI®; users will appreciate the sharply focused images and brilliant contrast. The excellent price-benefits ratio makes the ALPHANOVOCAM II the ideal camera system for minor endoscopic operations and diagnostic endoscopic procedures. During the development of this camera, special attention was paid to achieving simple handling and simple disinfection; for this reason, only materials of the highest quality (e.g. stainless steel) were used. Using different brightness measurement fields, the camera is particularly suitable for small optics.
