These new instruments allow surgeons to perform microinvasive keyhole surgery comfortably via a small stab incision. The laparascopic instruments are particularly suited  for repairing hernias or removing adhesions without causing cosmetically relevant scars.

Even though they are only 2.8 mm in diameter, all ALPHADUR^® micro instruments exhibit high form stability by using a new kind of ceramic-titan-compound. The ergonomically formed grips allow very precise work.
